The format of these invoices significantly differs among each vendor and manually transcribing information from these invoices into our SAP portal considerably delayed the processing. Digital workers read and apprehend data from several types of unstructured/semi-structured, image-based, and scanned documents, offer the extracted data to end-users through an intuitive interface, and feed them into SAP. We’re a US-based company that creates solutions for storing, distributing, and transferring data. We were using a data management solution deployed on AS400 systems using RPG for storing and managing our client data. However, due to minimal transparency, we couldn’t extract the required client information from the data management solution. Hence, we decided to integrate our core system tools with AS400 infrastructure, in order to improve client data accessibility and transparency. We associated with Damco Solutions, a recognized AS400 technical support company to implement integrations. Their dedicated experts developed custom APIs and integrated the data management solution with our enterprise’ System of Record (SoR). As a result, we can consolidate multiple data sources and allow our workforce to access data from anywhere without interruptions.
