The Credit Pros CRM Application
Based in Florida, USA, The Credit Pros is the fastest-growing American fintech company in the credit repair service space. It offers customers easy-to-read credit reports, personalized score insights, and other services. The Credit Pros team had unique requirements that they wanted us, as a mobile app development agency, to match. So we got to work.
The first challenge was acquiring the most accurate data about customers' credit affairs. We solved this issue via custom app development. The company also wanted to make it easy for its customers to access and comprehend the information they provided. With that in mind, we undertook front-end development to make the portal more user-friendly. We made it easy for the customers to access dashboards containing detailed charts/graphs, credit reports, and options to upload documents and manage disputes.
We also developed an easy-to-use, uniquely personalized CRM tool for the client to manage leads and customer interactions better, organize credit reports of customers, delegate roles and responsibilities in-house, and streamline organizational processes such as scheduling, billing, etc. During this 6-year, ongoing partnership with The Credit Pros, we have provided the company with a fast-loading portal that has 18000+ active users and 6 dedicated resources.
FDHQ RETS Portal Application
FDHQ is a real estate brokerage company based in the US that helps buyers to search for properties in their preferred location. The team at FDHQ wanted our app design and development services to solve a few specific problems. Firstly, they needed a portal that could fetch property data from RETS. Hence, our experienced app developers created a platform for clients to fetch real estate listings using RETS API daily.
The client also needed assistance managing listings and worksheets. To solve this problem, we created a portal that specifically addressed this issue. We created an online portal that makes managing properties, listing data, and worksheets easier for the admin and agents working at FDHQ. Open letter marketing is a direct mail marketing firm that provides direct mail services to potential real estate clients. We are one app development company that likes having a good challenge to rise to. OLM Investor Hub was a nice challenge.
We started building a unified dashboard that allows OLM customers to import, filter, sort, manage, and segment their lists. The client also needed us to make it easier for the customers to create and execute their marketing campaigns. Hence, we worked on developing an app that facilitates marketing automation and allows users to create marketing batches based on multiple parameters and plan marketing operations.

Seller BailOut is a revolutionary, tech-driven real estate platform that offers the fastest and most secure pathway to selling properties. SBO assists sellers in quickly selling off their properties at a competitive price. Hence, we were excited to work with them and offer our custom app design and development services.
Keeping client requirements in mind, we developed a custom interface for SBO customers to import and segment their leads. With enough experience as an app developer company, we created a platform to help SBO customers swiftly create new properties and launch marketing campaigns. Currently, the customized, user-friendly platform we built has hundreds of leads and can quickly add new ones. Users can run marketing operations like sending bulk emails/sms, adding custom workflows, and adding custom triggers. The client needed us to develop an online application that can appealingly display featured properties on the home page, along with other site information such as customer testimonial videos. The client also wanted the application to have an FAQ page and a separate blog section where blogs can be categorically posted. While developing an app, we kept that in mind and incorporated a sign-up option with SMS confirmation.

The Scorecard Application
Based in Florida, USA, Scorecard is under the corporate umbrella of The Credit Pros, which is the fastest-growing American fintech company in the credit repair service space. Scorecard resolves credit-related concerns of customers, who can call in for advice and potentially acquire credit repair services from the company. Scorecard provides excellent customer service via its call center operations. Given the specific set of services they offer, the team at Scorecard had some very specific requirements concerning custom app design and development. So we complied.
There were a few important requirements for us to match. Firstly, a user-friendly, customer back-end interface was needed that would make it easy to view, play, and crop recordings of sales calls. Secondly, a rating system was required that can grade agents based on different criteria. Lastly, acquiring call information from HudoSoft and a user management system based on roles were also needed.
Hence, we provided the client with a customized online portal that could not only grade agents based on call and other relevant parameters but is also easy to use and efficient in function. Currently, there are millions of recordings on the platform. Users can quickly hear and review call recordings using the rating system. The platform has enabled Scorecard to constantly improve the productivity and performance of the call center.
