What you like about the company?
When you work remotely, only measuring stick is the meeting a timeline. There was a time when the Updoer team found bugs, and our programmer worked overnight to fix I expected them to retest the solution beyond the regular time to meet my timeline; they always come through even if I called them at midel of the night.
