e-Legion team has developed a mobile app for the iOS platform and conducted a research on how to implement the connection of the Bluetooth & iBeacon devices to the app. We have also done the QA for the Android version of the app.
We have developed the basic iOS application and provided a solution for using iBeacon to run applications after Hard Close. We provided the algorithm of Bluetooth and assessed the impact of the process on energy consumption. We restored the application after rebooting the phone and created an application for testing the e-cigarette connection.
As a result, the Bluetooth device together with iBeacon successfully establishes connection with iOS application and puts application into background mode.
