PROBLEM

The client is a popular programming school that provides various courses on web and mobile development, testing, etc. When the company came to Arateg, there wasn’t a centralized solution for tracking leads, students, and payments. Many operations were people-based, accounting records were maintained in Google spreadsheets. Also, there was no ability to analyze user

 activities. 

SOLUTION

With a view of optimizing internal business processes, the customer decided to integrate a custom CRM system for financial accounting and marketing management.

RESULTS

Working with Arateg, the client achieved the following great results:

  1. With a rich-functional CRM, the customer managed to increase sales conversion by 60% and ROMI—by 3 times.

  2. Accounting was significantly improved and human errors were excluded.
