Sabhi Digital created an ERP + eCommerce Platform for a leading brand in the Furniture Industry to manage their business online. This portal gives the client tools to effectively manage their inventory and streamline the whole manufacturing process.

The system provides our client's customers access to the comprehensive furniture collection anytime and anywhere along with a module for interactive enquiry/ordering and pricing negotiations.

Front End

A beautiful b2b e-commerce website was built as front end for the project. It had all necessary features for the clients to log in and select durniture items they liked with effecting filtering features.

Back End

Enquiry Module –

Unlike a single finalized cart, here we have given you a way to interact with buyer through enquiry module. Here are few features of Enquiry Module –

You can apply a discount to all products listed in the enquiry.
It is a multicurrency system, where seller can add amount in INR and buyer will see in his preferred currency.
Buyer can comment on product and you can reply to them, Comment can be used for requesting some modification in the item or can be used for negotiation.
Admin side you will be shown actual rate, revised rate and rate for customer, you can change individual rates for that particular customer. Rates will only be visible when you provide.
Buyer/Seller can delete a product from cart, deleted product will be marked red, but if buyer wants, he can add the product again without need of finding it again from the shop.
Buyer can see Total CBM of items he is ordering so that he know in how many containers he will need the material.
Once enquiry is finalized, both buyer and seller will get a Excel, containing all details of ordered products.
Customer Management –

Customer can sign-up using a sign-up form, but he will be able to login only when seller approves him. While approving, seller can provide few details -

Preferred currency of buyer
Price (To show or not in shop)
Discount, if some default discount is given on base price to the customer.
Customer Alias, so that other staff do not know exact name of the customer while working on online system.
Products Management -

Products, temporarily can be added by supervisor by his mobile clicking photo from mobile, these will be shown in mobile added products, once designer updates edited images, it is removed from mobile added products.
Generate and print barcodes
Manage which products you want to show to public on main website
Customer Logins, you can see which customer has logged in and viewed your products.
Products categories and attributes are dynamic and can be added as per requirement.
