Fern Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with National Geographic Channel tied up with Sabhi Digital as a Tech Partner to build a platform for water conservation under their Save Water Initiative.
With a presence in 35+ cities spanning across various states throughout India, It was a challenge to get every Fern hotel on one platform and to enable bookings or requests for fixing leaking taps. To make this campaign a grand success, it was crucial for Fern to engage as many people as possible through their franchise network across India.
A bigger challenge was to create a direct impact on the public, not just making people aware about this project but also making people conscious about water conservation in their general lives, and thus making the project a part of their life to ensure more saving of water.
To continue conserving water efficiently at a faster pace, it became important to develop a platform which facilitated showcasing of all this data in user-friendly readable form, on an easily navigable platform, which can be browsed across India. Hence, the need for a mobile-friendly website exclusively for this project was acknowledged.
Front-end
Sabhi Digital built a Hotel Locator Platform for the users to search for the nearest Fern Hotel and participate in this Water Conservation Campaign by submitting a request for change of Tap. The platform also showcased total water saved till date, number of taps replaced acoompanied with replcaement pics and videos, and listed that hotel which has been leading the campaign along with other relevant details. User interface comprised of a Map Locator Platform which showcased all Fern Hotels along with their specifics.
So, this not only displayed data regarding the water conservation project, but also efficiently showcased information regarding the Fern hotels throughout India.
Back-end
Sabhi Digital worked on comprehensive Admin Panels for Super Admin and individual Hotel Managers, and provided the client team handling the campaign smart analytical reports for the campaign.
It also had granular user level logins based on access rights to check relevant reports at country, city and hotel level.
Super Admin and Hotel Manager can easily log in through their Mobile/PC and punch in relevant information regarding all tasks, and keep track of all tap replacements, and generate timely notifications, and keep track of all the request and inquiries.
