Based in Las Vegas, Mpact Magic Inc was a leading company providing enterprise solutions in increasing customer reviews, solving customer problems, improve customer experience and manage social media presence. It was a new concept at that time – even going by the standards that US has set in technological advances. It was clear that for this plan to kick off, a robust online portal would be needed.
Mpact Magic wanted to build an online reputation management platform that could:
- intercept negative reviews
- facilitate the collection and posting of positive reviews in various online forums and
- enhance the reputation of its clients in the eyes of the general populace
Then, The platform that we developed was white-labeled for 8 different companies and each company was having its own dealers and distributors whom it gave access to. There was a customized subscription model for each of the these companies. The entire subscription plan was centrally managed by the super admin aka the main platform with a variety of options to set prices accordingly for each dealer. The platform took off like a rocket, being actively used by more than 300 doctors and dentists.
As expected, the platform was a huge hit in the long run as well – so much so that it forged a strategic partnership with Bazaarify and the company is now known as BirdEye. Today it has outgrown its parent company – serving 40,000+ clients! Today, it has a full suite of business reputation management products including reviews, listings, social media, insights, benchmarking, surveys, web-chats, and ticketing.
