PeopleHive is an HR consultancy company based in Malaysia, aimed at creating a Strategic Corporate Culture Fit within organisations. They do so by collaborating with organisations’ key stakeholders to find corporate cultural values closest to the foundation, strategy, and goals of the organisation.

Organizations can use the PeopleHive application in order to create insights into their internal cultural alignment and potential solutions for improving this alignment. 

 

Challenges
Obtaining valuable insights into the cultural alignment within an organisation requires a unique combination of the involvement of experts in the field and the right digital environment for gathering inside information and organizing information. While PeopleHive has the expertise, experience and knowledge of managing cultural alignments in organisations, they weren’t in possession of the tools to create a platform to digitally transform the process of cultural alignments assessments.

 

Solution
Together with The PeopleHive, Lizard Global designed a mobile application which has the purpose of assessing cultural alignment within organisations based on their competencies, norms, and values. By sending out surveys to all employees, it is possible to indicate the extent to which the desired norms and values are present among organisational members.
