On Second Thought program consists of 8 activities that add up to 223 thought-provoking screens.

At the end of Activity 1, you will not only be able to answer the question, “Where Do Feelings Come From?”, but you will also be alerted to words people use to express their feelings in any given situation.

By the time you get to activity 4, you will continue to see cute and colorful pictures but now you will have to find a solution to “What Do You Do With You’re Feelings?”. You will end this journey by jumping from the “Train of Thought” to the “Train of Thoughts” where you will learn that just one situation can lead to a number of thoughts, feelings, behaviors and consequences.
