Zently Workplace is a fun and accessible workplace program that connects your employees with the power of mindful movement, breath, restorative practices, and more.
The program manager can create content that is tailored to each organization. Employees earn points for any achievements they make, and these points are donated to various nonprofits depending on the organization's performance. This encourages employees to go back to the app daily because their actions go toward goals set for both individual companies and nonprofit organizations.
In order to support these features, we used React Native and Laravel for the web and mobile applications. This way the user can access the platform from anywhere. There is also an admin portal for system administrators to create content and manage the system.
